OUR STORY

The Trading Club at Georgia Tech was founded to help raise awareness for career opportunities in quantitative trading, quantitative research, portfolio management, and sales & trading. The structure of the club assists members in gaining hands-on experience with projects, as well as provides an 8-week mentorship course covering topics you may see in the typical trading interview process.

We are focused on connecting STEM/CS talent at Georgia Tech with leading firms in the quantitative finance and trading industries. We do so through sponsored events with different trading firms specializing in a variety of different areas (Ex. ETFs, Options, Fixed Income, Commodities, etc.).

In the Fall, we host resume workshops, networking and recruiting events, and speaker series. While in the Spring, we will be focusing on a multi-company sponsored trading competition, and top performers from our mentorship course will be placed in sectors to get hands-on project experience if they desire.
